Pica Brewer's Kit plus provides tools for measuring yeast growth and estimating amount of total carbohydrates in real time.

Brewers kit plus contains:

• Pica Readout v1 with 3.3V analog output option 
• 940nm standard sensor head
• 460nm standard sensor head
• Signal Multiplexer
• Erlenmeyer flask dual sensor head adapter
• USB cable
